This unit is specifically designed for cooling electronic temperature sensitive equipment in challenging environmental conditions and is often used in outdoor enclosures in telecom, automation and IT equipment. The unit has a closed loop cooling circuit, which maintains internal cabinet temperature between 20ºC to 45ºC and keeps air free of any contaminants from the environment. The Combined Unit of A/C with HEX adopts AC230V and DC48V power supply. It is a Combined Unit with both active compressor cooling and heat exchanger passive cooling system. Operational Principle
The Combined Unit of A/C with HEX using the compressor refrigeration; realize the heat transfer by phase change in the system of the working medium. Main parts of the refrigeration: compressor, condenser, Capillary, an evaporator, internal fan, external fan.
Cooling principle: Compressor suck refrigerant gas from evaporator, and compressed, the compressed refrigerant gas pushed into condenser to cooled into refrigerant liquid, then pass the expansive valve, the refrigerant into evaporator and evaporate to cool air.
Heat Exchanger principle: when the room temperature is higher than the outdoor temperature, the refrigerant in the internal heat exchanger evaporating and absorbing heat, indoor temperature reduced. Then the refrigerant gas rose to the external heat exchanger condensed to liquid by ambient air, the condensate liquid returns to the internal heat exchanger, by circulation to reduce indoor temperature purpose.
