A: Generally, we only provide online technical support. During the warranty period, free product spare parts or brand new complete machine will be provided.
Outside the warranty period, reasonable charges for maintenance.
For bulk orders, we will provide some common spare parts with the shipment to facilitate on-site maintenance.
In addition, free new replacements are available for products under warranty that cannot be repaired.
